Bottom of tanks. Side note: These are not double bottomed because oil companies in the 1970s fought for a single bottom VCLCC's (very large crude oil carriers), because they could carry more oil than double bottom tanks. Steel I-beams 2 1/2 inches thick. 6 feet from the bottom of the tank to the top of I Beam. Tank piping being started [from Frank J. Trezza's notes].
