Caption: "Hodges Heirs: Gil Hodges, Dodgers first baseman, is proud father of two youngsters, Gilbert and Irene. Two-year-old Gillie is considered the most rugged little Dodger of them all. He's a husky little fellow, and described by other players as the only two-year-old with muscles. He, like most Dodger youngsters, is generally around with a bat and ball. One-year-old Irene is strictly in the doll stage."
