Seated beside the Borough President are Mrs. Masha Molchad, 87, and Joseph Kaplan, 92, residents of the home. Standing are Claire Fox, executive secretary of the home, Benjamin Labenbaum, chairman of its musical committee, Louis Blumenstock, president, and Max Lerman, board chairman. Plans for erection of a $1,500,000 12-story building at Cropsey Ave., Bay 34th St., and 25th Ave., will be announced at the dinner."
