Caption on verso: "Never Too Young: Glenwood mothers planned their library shelves to cater to the literary whims of 1,000 project youngsters ranging from 4 to 16. The above lineup of eager faces was a steady sight outside the entrance last week as more than 200 children applied for registration and received cards. The new library will be open Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 5 p.m."
