Caption on verso: "New Apartment Project: This is architect's drawing of Albany Houses, low-rent Brooklyn development for which plans were filed today with the Housing and Buildings Department. The project, to be built by the New York City Housing Authority with State co-operation, will cost $8,255,000, and the six 14-story buildings will accommodate 829 families. It will occupy the area bounded by Albany, St. Mark's and Troy Aves. and Park Place. Architects are Fellheimer, Wagner and Vollmer."
