| Description: | Caption: "Sacred scrolls installed--Two scrolls of the Law, recently donated, are placed in ark of the synagogue of Parshelsky Pavilion, Brooklyn Hebrew Home and Hospital for the Aged, W. 19th St. and Coney Island boardwalk. Main buildings of the home are at Howard and Dumont Aves. The Pavilion, formerly the Half Moon Hotel, now houses 82 aged persons and is expected to accommodate 500. Shown carrying the scrolls into the ark are Philip Goldstein, 79, left and Rabbi Eli Polansky." |
