The corner of an abandoned, fire-damaged townhouse and row of store fronts, next to a red traffic light at an intersection. All the windows are broken or missing and the storefront has its gates drawn. There are two poster advertisements on the side of the building. There is a puddle of water in the intersection and we see a fire hydrant on the sidewalk.
