T.T Williamsburgh in Dry dock number 6, cargo tank bulkheads looking AFT (towards the stern). Cutouts on the top sections were there to allow crude oil [1.5 million barrels of oil] to move between tanks during rough weather. Each bulkhead section is 80 feet high by 40 feet wide [from Frank J. Trezza's notes].
